Kaye Krapohl received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Michigan. Kaye has been the recipient of the Hallmark National Scholastic Gold Medal, National Endowment of the Arts Award, and numerous other national and regional awards. She has studied with nationally reknown artists: Don Rice, Lou Marino, Paul Stewart, David Small and Tekashi Takahara.

February to April 2- Dennos Muesum
April 15 - May 2012 -Seeds Gallery Good Works Collective, Union Street Traverse City. This show displays my series of body prints that explore interpersonal and cultural boundaries.
June 1 to July27th- Body Prints-The Michigan Institute for Contemporary Art (MICA) Lansing, Michigan Opening Friday, June 1, formal artwalk opening Sunday afternoon June 3!
June 8th to ongoing Gallery 22- Unveiling of new Fruit series, A portion of proceeds benefit local CSA's. Come to the opening and be the first to discover Kaye's new series of large food series. (see Food paintings in Paintings section for a taste). Opening is June 8th!
